2010Robert O’Neil was elected to the board of directors of the Louisa May Alcott Memorial Association/Orchard House. Located in Concord, Massachusetts the Orchard House was the home of the Alcott family, where Louisa May Alcott wrote and set Little Women.

Robert O’Neil joined the investment committee for the Foundation for Metrowest. Founded in 1995, the Foundation for Metrowest is a philanthropic organization supporting work in human services, environment, youth development and arts and culture in communities in the MetroWest Boston area.

2009Birch Hill is a sponsor of The Boston Conservatory’s 2009 gala honoring the 10th anniversary of Richard Ortner as President. Founded in 1867, The Boston Conservatory is a leading college of music, dance and theatre. Gary Mikula has been a Trustee of The Conservatory since 1995.

was re-elected as a Corporator of Emerson Hospital in Concord, Massachsuetts. Rob has been a Corporator of Emerson since 2006 and is currently the Vice Chairman of the hospital’s Investment Committee.

John B. Stiles
became a Principal of Birch Hill. John was a Vice President of Birch Hill since its founding in June 2007. He is Manager of Operations and Trading. John received his Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and his Masters of Science in Investment Management degree from Boston University.
